At Hellish Heaven, we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all delivery details are correct when placing your order.
Hellish Heaven cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, dog treats cannot be returned once opened, used, or tampered with.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
